At the V Business & Legal Agri Forum held on December 13, 2023 in Kyiv, Taras Burhan, a managing partner of Burhan Law Office and an IFC legal expert, shared insights on crop receipts, addressing their role in wartime access to finance by farmers and future prospects.

Three core topics were presented: current market statistics and operational principles of crop receipts, legal guidelines during wartime (including court practice), and an overview of pending legislation on electronic crop receipts anticipated to be enacted soon.
